Dr. O'Shea is a Chiropractor after my own heart. He teaches Continuing Education in California, primarily on Nutrition for D.C.s to use in our practices. This website is a massive goldmine of Nutritional education for anyone to use.
A multidisciplinary (MD, DO, DC, PT) site with lots of information on the spine, spinal problems, spine pain and treatments. http://www.spineuniverse.com/
It's not just about your degree, but your Philosophy. Dr. Al Sears M.D. clearly thinks conservatively and believes in Natural Healthcare. Go figger? http://www.alsearsmd.com/
Caregiving isn't exactly my field, however, it became a very personal issue as my Mom's health deteriorated. Finding a Caregiving agency that you can trust is not easy. Consider calling Danielle at http://www.aplusin-homecareserviceprovider.com/ Aren't Chiropractors supposed to be the experts on Mattresses?! Yeah, and we're suppo$e to get big kickback$ for promotional$ Not this time. But I needed a new mattress. I wanted Memory Foam and ended up at Best Price Mattress http://bestpricemattressstore.com/ in Dublin. What did I learn? You can get some really cheap ones mailorder (they may be good, I don't know). You don't need all memory foam. I got the LuxTouchUltra with three inches of memory foam (entirely adequate except for bigger people) and five inches of support foam (which actually increases the firmness). The next one up had a cooling layer, which I don't need. Price was under $600. It's kind of like sleeping in quicksand; very comfortable, but you don't just "spring" out of bed. If you are one of those bigger people, add a 3" pad for another $100. I wonder how one of those 3" pads would work directly on the floor?
Surfing! in cold water, owww ... as I pursue a new office here in the freezing cold water/upwelling coastline of California, HIGH QUALITY Wetsuits are no option. So I met Jim Brateris while hanging on an isolated coastal beach (cooldaysurfaneverything) and he gave me the pitch on his new Isurus wetsuits, http://www.surfisurus.com/ . Well, I cannot testify that this is the best wetsuit made, because I'll never try them all. But it's as good a wetsuit as I have had. It is as much like surfing without a wetsuit as I have experienced in a 4/3. Ask me more questions about February or so.
Artisan Surfboards by an old world craftsman with new world materials (well, wood isn't exactly new, but what he does with it is). Danny Hess Surfboards, Ocean Beach, San Francisco http://hesssurfboards.com/ Also, a fellow alumni from UC Santa Cruz!
You don't want my Dental history (I don't either), but; I have had a long, difficult time trying to find someone who is up to date on reconstruction of whatever tooth material is left. This is the 21st century and the materials technology is impressive. Some dentists are keeping up. Check with Dr. Francis Jower DDS in Castro Valley http://toothconservingdentistry.com/d-map_results.asp?State=CA You can use this link to learn more about BioMimetic Dentistry or locate a local practitioner.
