This is the Disc O Sit. Whatta catchy name...oh well. It's a great balance training tool. At $50 pick up or mailed direct, it's not the cheapest. Here is why. It doesn't need a needle valve. You can easily inflate it by mouth and vary the fimness. It is also a dome shape, not flat on the top or bottom, so it works really well for wobble/balance training. You can stand on it or use it as a seat. This is versatile and rugged.
This is a Cervical roll style Pillow stuffed with "sobagara" (buckwheat hulls). $20, This traditional Japanese construction was used to make a pillow designed by a Chiropractor and manufactured in Hawaii. I recommend a "cervical roll" for sleeping on your back. This goes under your neck. Your head should not be elevated when lying on your back. It can be stored in the fridge or heated in the microwave if it is needed for hot or cold therapy. I just use it as shown in combination with the "side sleeping" pillow shown below. Inventory only, only a few left.
I hope you got your Splintek ChiroContour Pillow already. The prices keep going up and they now have several models. Made of "memory" foam. Side position pillow only; you will find this MUCH more comfortable. I do not recommend standard pillows. Combine this with a Cervical roll, use your old pillow under your knees when you are on your back, and between your knees when on your side. This is state of the art and worth it.

Therapeutica brand pillows are also available. These are very nice three position pillows if you are "all over the place" and don't know how you are sleeping. The Backnobber ($40) is probably the simplest, most versatile, all in one self massage tool. You can use it for any part of your body, front or back. It disassembles in the middle so it packs easily in luggage for travel. My personal recommendation; Get this!
